FIREHOUSE Software TeleStaff Interface

The FIREHOUSE Software TeleStaff Interface is designed to help you set up and use the Firehouse® interface with Principle Design Systems International (PDSI)’s TeleStaff application. TeleStaff provides an efficient way to schedule and communicate to your workforce, and FH® provides an interface to import your TeleStaff information into the FH station roster.

Note: These instructions assume that the TeleStaff Gateway Manager™ add-on module is installed and functioning, and producing an ROS03 output type. Gateway Manager must be set up to send yesterday and today's rosters. For information on setting up Telestaff or Gateway Manager, contact PDSI Technical Support at 800-850-7374, or through

Caution: The Staff ID and Unit codes in FH must match the Employee ID and Unit codes in Telestaff for the interface between FH and TeleStaff to function correctly.
